Day-by-Day Itinerary
The Essence of the Savannah, 9 Days
Day 1: Arrival in Arusha, Tanzania
Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be greeted by our professional guide who will transfer you to your accommodation in Arusha. Take the rest of the day to relax and acclimatize to your surroundings.
Day 2: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, known for its large population of elephants and baobab trees. Enjoy a thrilling game drive and witness the diverse wildlife, including giraffes, lions, and various bird species. In the evening, return to your lodge for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park
Embark on a morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its flamingos and tree-climbing lions. Explore the park’s diverse ecosystems, including the soda lake, dense forests, and open grasslands. Later, head to your lodge for dinner and relaxation.
Day 4-6: Serengeti National Park
Prepare for the highlight of your safari as you venture into the world-renowned Serengeti National Park. Spend three days exploring this vast wilderness, home to the Great Migration and an abundance of wildlife. Witness the dramatic predator-prey interactions and marvel at the endless plains stretching as far as the eye can see. Day 7-8: Maasai Mara National Reserve
Cross the border into Kenya and make your way to the iconic Maasai Mara National Reserve. Day 9: Departure
