Day-by-Day Itinerary
The Big five Safari, 14 Days
Day 1-2: Arrival & Arusha
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where a representative will greet you and escort you to your hotel in Arusha. Rest and acclimatize to the African rhythm.
Day 3-5: Tarangire National Park
Travel to Tarangire National Park, known for its massive elephant herds and ancient baobab trees. Embark on game drives and witness the park’s teeming wildlife.
Day 6-8: Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, home to the world’s largest inactive volcanic caldera. Witness an unparalleled concentration of wildlife, including the elusive black rhino.
Day 9-11: Central Serengeti
Travel to the iconic Serengeti. The next three days consist of morning and afternoon game drives, seeking out the Big Five and witnessing the magic of the Great Migration (seasonal).
Day 12-13: Northern Serengeti
Continue to the Northern Serengeti, an excellent location for spotting leopards and witnessing the Mara River crossings during the Great Migration (seasonal).
Day 14: Departure
After a morning game drive and breakfast, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight back to Arusha, where you will connect to your onward international flight.
